What happens if the student cannot be available for the scheduled class?
We reschedule the student for another time/day to provide a makeup class.
What happens if I have to take a break for a long period?
As long as you give us notice of over a week, we will extend your tutoring period by a similar period. The subscription payment though must stay uninterrupted for you to continue at the signed up rate.
What happens if I cancel subscription and restart?
No problem. As long as the rates remain unchanged, you will be able to sign up at the same rate. If the rates change, you will be subject to the new rates and will not be able to access the prior rates.
How frequently do your rates change?
We have a planned rate increase every 6 months. The next rate increase will be around June 2005 but will not affect those who have already subscribed to our services.
Can I sign up in advance for a later date so that I can access the current rates in the future?
Yes. You can do that. Just let us know and you will be given the service credit later. You must activate your subscription now and start the payments before the rate increase goes into effect.
What happens if the teacher cannot hold the session?
Although unusual, emergencies can cause this. We will try and continue with the class as scheduled if another teacher is available. If not, the teacher will hold a make-up class.
I signed up at the older rates but have not paid fees for some reason. How do I pay?
